Care Instructions
Your Polyurethane (aka 2-Pac or Poly) doors and panels are manufactured from the highest quality materials to provide years of trouble free service. Whilst made from a moisture resistant substrate panels cannot be made totally waterproof and care should be taken to wipe up spills immediately, ensuring the doors are not exposed to high or continuous levels of moisture, steam and humidity. To maintain the high gloss of polyurethane requires only the wiping of the surface with a damp clean micro fiber cloth using warm water liquid cleaners (ammonia based cleaning products) and most stains will be easily removed. If you have a spill then wipe it clean straight away because if you don't, the stain maybe harder to remove later. A small inconspicuous area should be trialed prior to full application, and at no time should these cleaning items be left to soak on the surface as surface staining will occur.
Recommended Cleaners:
Light Cleaning:
To enhance gloss and remove finger marks, hand prints, grease or oil from cooking , we recommend using a micro fiber cloth dampened with warm soapy water. Towel dry all moisture off doors after cleaning (to also avoid streaking). This will maintain a chemical-free pristine finish.
General Cleaning & Stains:
All but the most stubborn stains can be removed by using mild detergent, warm water and a lint-free (preferably micro fiber) cloth. If this method is insufficient, Spray & Wipe (or an equivalent product) is recommended. The use of polishes will dull the surface. Liquid, powder cleaners, silicone based, scourers, steel wool or wire-wool soap pads, should NOT never be used. NEVER use abrasive cream cleaners (such as Gumption or Jif) as they will strip the surface of gloss and instantly deteriorate the finish. If this product does get damaged then it can filled and re-sprayed back to it’s former glory.

· Standard delivery cost of $70 on all Gold Coast/Brisbane local orders between 2- 7 business days, after 5 - 8 weeks for manufacturing of custom vanity to be charged at checkout.
Rural & Interstate Delivery
· If you have purchased an order to be delivered to rural or interstate outside of the local delivery area you will be contacted with a shipping invoice to pay, shipping based on the size, weight and delivery location.
· Please note: payment of delivery is required before custom order begin manufacturing.
· All rural and interstate orders delivered between 2 – 7 business days, after 5 – 8 weeks for manufacturing of custom vanity.
· Please note: For all approx. shipping costs to rural and interstate areas are listed below.

Terms & Conditions
1. All vanities are wall hung only and should be installed by a qualified tradesman, if installed incorrectly this could result in injury or possibly death.
2. Vanities will come with drawer cut out’s (top drawer only) to allow for plumbing.
3. Stone bench top’s do not come with pre-cut holes for basins and mixers. This will need to be cut onsite by a qualified stone mason. Should any damage occur, Lauren Eloise does not take any responsibility for damage.
4. Delivery to rural and interstate areas will incur additional shipping cost.
5. 5 – 8 weeks for manufacture and shipping. Please note shipping timeframe is an estimate only.
6. As the vanities are custom made, no returns will be accepted.
7. Vanities cannot be held in our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as order is ready.
8. Vanity does not include tap ware, basins, handles, towel hook.
9. All items are to be inspected on delivery and will need to sign a proof of delivery docket stating they have been inspected and item/s are in good condition free from any defects. We take no responsibility for any damage caused during transit.
